RHP Partners, LLC, a partnership between Stein Investment Group and Frank Buonanotte, is repositioning Buckhead Pointe, a 9,000-square foot retail center at a prime intersection in Buckhead. Considered the gateway to the heart of Buckhead, the triangular intersection of Roswell, Piedmont and Habersham Roads will be transformed with cosmetic enhancements underway. The $750,000 renovation includes painting and resurfacing the building, updated sign bands, raised parapets that will provide more visibility for new tenants, metal canopies, new storefronts and updated lighting and landscaping.
