Jason combines his financial expertise, real estate knowledge, and management experience to guide the growth of the firm’s overall portfolio.

Jason’s breadth of experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments brings a unique perspective to the team. His real estate development and acquisition resume includes over $1 billion of retail/restaurant, office, self storage, and residential properties. Jason’s thoughtful approach to real estate investing and development is evident throughout each step of the process beginning with a concept to planning and design, rezoning, financial analysis, and execution.

Jason earned a bachelor of science with honors in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
