CHALLENGE

Since 2010, the acquisition of independent self-storage facilities — and the construction of new ones — has been a major part of Stein Investment Group’s investment strategy. Our objective was to increase opportunities to improve the collective value of these investments and increase investment returns.

SOLUTION

We developed The Space Shop brand from the ground up. First we hired creative agencies to develop an engaging brand identity, establish a memorable and professional logo and signage, and build a consummately professional web presence and operations infrastructure. We then set standards for the customer experience at each property’s leasing office—right down to the décor, finishes…even the brand of coffee served.

RESULTS

The Space Shop was transformed into a recognizable and scalable Southeastern self-storage brand. Our focused efforts have increased the possibility of higher returns…for us and for our investment partners.
