26 Feb Developer transforming vacant North Olmsted Toys R Us building into new self-storage facility
NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio — Vacant for nearly two years, the former Toys R Us building located at 27048 Lorain Road is about to find new life as Space Shop Self Storage.
Atlanta-based developer Stein Investment Group is planning to not only transform the roughly 42,000-square-foot building into a class A climate-controlled self-storage facility with roughly 600 units, but also add a sit-down restaurant with a patio as an out-parcel building in the expansive parking lot.
