08 Oct Mexican eatery targeted for former Massillon Kmart site
A new Chipotle Mexican Grill will open at the site at 2600 Lincoln Way E, a developer said this week.
The restaurant is targeted for the southeastern portion of the property, which is toward the former Charlie’s restaurant on the corner of Lincoln Way and 27th Street NE, said Daniel Ginsburg of the Atlanta-based RCG-Stein investment group.
The new restaurant is part of a plan to revamp the approximately 108,000-square-foot building and multi-acre property that Kmart last occupied in 2017.
